We’re here on Blue Mountain in eastern Pennsylvania. About 10% of the Blended Threads studio has been moved so far and the reality of living so far from “the city” is settling in. We love it here and for the first time in a long while, I think I feel some creativity in my veins.
To celebrate, I’m going to re-release an old favorite pattern – Last Minute Lace. It’s an easy to memorize 4-stitch lace repeat that my grandmother taught me many years ago. I’ve used it over and over and it’s the basis for my Beginning Lace Workshop class. You can make a scarf (as shown on pattern) or a whole shawl or maybe a washcloth from your swatch.
Whatever you make send me a picture or post your project to our FaceBook page. You might get featured in a future blog post.
